Becoming a member of the Preachers Institute is very simple.
Start advancing your own education and skill in liturgical preaching. Send us your sermons, articles, illustrations, observations and helps for layman, apologists, priests, deacons, and even hierarchs, who desire to more powerfully preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Once you register with our on-site forum, you’ll be able to post and participate in online discussions and topics directly related to the art and craft of preaching. Regular helpful interaction with fellow preachers in the Orthodox Tradition is finally at our fingertips, and you can ask and answer questions, offer ideas and suggestions, and just help others and yourself in the art of homiletics as you prepare your next sermon.
You will have access to valuable articles, information and documents designed to help you craft sermons with poignancy and power to get the Gospel message of our Lord across to your flock, whether they number a few seniors to a few hundred teens.
You’ll also be able to participate in our Homiletic workshops, focusing on rhetoric, narrative, apologetics, and more. More on those later.
You also have the option of receiving academic credit for programs, classes, seminars and workshops through the Preachers Institute, and applying them to a Doctor of Ministry degree in Orthodox Homiletics. More on that later.
Finally, you’ll have the chance to help us raise the bar of Orthodox preaching and apologetics for generations to come.
