Day 1 – Rules

breaking-rules

And we’re off. The topic for tomorrow – Day 1 – Sat. Nov. 15 of the 2014 30 (40) Days of Blogging Challenge is

RULES

Like ’em, don’t like ’em – we need them.

Don’t we?

The rules for the 30 (40) Days of Blogging are simple. Blog daily until Christmas!

There are a few ways to do this, of course, so here’s a few suggestions.

1 – simply blog on the sample topic of the day. Today’s topic is ‘rules’!

2 – follow a particular theme throughout the 40 days of your blogging. Address a single topic or idea and blog all the way through it! For example, 40 Days of Desserts, 40 Days of Exotic Lighthouses, 40 Days of Doctrines, etc.

3 – blog on the topic you started your blog for originally.

4 – finally, whatever you blog on, make it spiritually uplifting or edifying. We are blogging for Orthodox Christian readers mostly – that’s our target audience and while others will read and hopefully enjoy, we are offering everyone something which we hope will make their day brighter, make their burdens lighter, and make their smile a little wider for the day.

Whatever you decide to blog on, you can add your own rules, too. If you do, tell your read up front what you’re doing, and let them enjoy the ride!

Here are a few more graphics to help.
