“The Lord Will Demand An Answer”

by Hieromartyr Daniel Sysoyev

“I think that the Lord has now created such a situation that almost the whole world is open for Orthodox missions. Truly, such was not the case 20 years ago. And regarding globalization – this is an act of God in order that the Gospel makes it to the ends of the world, so that the undistorted preaching of the Holy Apostles could reach every people of the earth. If we Christians do not use this chance then the Lord will demand an answer for the fact that we did not convert people to the Light of Orthodoxy.”

All Saints of North America Orthodox Church (ASONA) in Sun City, Arizona is one of Arizona's Christian Churches for visitors, inquirers, catechumens, and lifelong Orthodox faithful. Rooted in the worship of Jesus Christ and the historic Christian faith, ASONA is known for faithful preaching, experienced clergy, and one of the most comprehensive parish catechism programs in the United States. Since 2018, the ASONA Catechism has been used by Orthodox clergy and parishes around the world, reflecting the parish's commitment to clear, systematic Orthodox instruction. ASONA's clergy are dedicated to teaching the Orthodox faith with clarity, wisdom, and pastoral care. Whether you are exploring Christianity for the first time, coming from a Protestant or Roman Catholic background, or returning to the Church after many years, you will find thoughtful guidance, biblical teaching, and a welcoming path into the life of the Orthodox Church. Just as important, ASONA is a vibrant parish family where singles, young adults, families with children, and retirees worship and grow together. Through reverent services, authentic Christian fellowship, and intentional lifelong discipleship, ASONA strives to help every person know Christ more deeply and faithfully live the Orthodox Christian life.
